KO should be on this team, an could easily play a top 6 role over Parise or JVR and have Kane shift to LW, and KO can also play a checking role. KO is on pace for 82 pts... I guess USA has too much firepower to take him
Byf Yandle KO and Bishop should be on this team over Orpik Fowler Wheeler and Howard |

I like Yandle a lot, but I think I would have gone with Erik Johnson over Orpik. He has been playing real well and was there in '10. Would be a great partner for McDonagh in the top 4 |

Don't be a homer. This is Okposo's 1st good season. He's actually looking like the 7th overall pick from 2006. But to say he deserved it over Parise is an absolute joke. Zach Parise is american Hockey. He's world class player on this stage. |

look, there is no denying that Kyle Okposo is playing insane right now, if he keeps this pace up, and someone on the team gets hurt, especially a winger, they would be crazy not to take him.

Awful strategy for Olympic sized ice. Skilled teams like Sweden, Russia and Canada will just spread out in the offensive zone and pick this team apart if they try to do that |

That's they way they are built. They can't trade Chances with Sweden, Canada or Russia. They will get eaten alive. |

They don't have to trade chances but collapsing does not work outside of North American arenas. |

I want Yandle to replace Folwer as an O dman, and Byf to replace Orpik
But honestly Orpik has been playing great so it's close for me |

Then how do you suggest they play? They don't have the speed of Sweden or Canada to play a puck possession game and they can't trade chances. They only way they win is if they play a defensive minded style of hockey. Boring hockey. |

I'm not saying Parise shouldn't make it, but KO is currently playing much better than him. |

Fine. I can agree with that. But Okposo had been given 23 games at the Wrold championships to prove he could play against "Superior" talent that represent the world. Over 3 years and 23 games Okposo had 11 points. That had to factor in to the decision. In the 2010 games Parise had 8 points in in only 6 games. |

I can not see Brown Backes Callahan (more hard hitting guys) getting more time then JVR kesler kessel (more talented guys) if they expect kessel to be there checking line Canada is in better shape then i thought |

Wasn't listed in order. If it was, and I probably should have, as you have noted, swap the JVR and Callahan lines, as the JvR one will be a scoring unit with the Callahan one a checking one |
